Every three months the Bayway Homes team gets together for quarterly training. It's a time for us to focus on continuing education and team building. We spend the first part of the day learning about something that pertains to us building better homes. We invite a couple of guest speakers to join us and share about their field of expertise. At our last training we were happy to welcome Dominic Lewis with Zillow who spoke with us about their new construction promoted communities program and Attorney Greg Crinion who shared some important information about HOA's.

The second half of the day is focused on team building. Jon loves to think of new, exciting things for us to do...and it usually involves costumes and trophy's! The last training ...

There are so many fun and unique things to see and do in Seabrook, TX. A favorite for residents and guests alike is spotting all the unique pelicans placed around town. Pelican path started in 2001 and to date there has been over 40 pelicans created by various artists. Seabrook, TX is a great place to live and Bayway Homes has enjoyed building here for over 10 years! The pelican featured here is named Daisy and was designed and painted by Diane Royal, former Mayor Glenn Royal's wife. Daisy lives just outside their beautiful yellow house in Old Seabrook.

At last count there are 7 geese, 31 ducks, 4 breeds of freshwater fish and too many turtles to count! The herons and egrets come and go and as well as a pelican that only visits 3-4 months of the year for part of the day. He hasn't taken up residence...yet. #lakeliving #LakeMija

I’m getting ready to go on my annual vacation and needed an idea for my weekly blog. My first thought, was that since I started selling homes in Bayway Homes Searidge Community, I feel like I am on a mini vacation every time I drive through Seabrook. Since I had my camera with me, I took a few pictures. Hope you enjoy the view as much as I do. Seabrook has 15 parks & a 10 mile hike/bike trail that runs right through Searidge’s entry.

On Tuesday, April 20th, Bayway Homes hosted the first official HOA meeting for the 24 homeowner’s in their Steeplechase Terrace Townhome subdivision in NW Houston. The turnout of appx. 70% of the homeowners represented was better than expected for most neighborhoods, but not a surprise with the close knit community developing in Steeplechase Terrace. The model at 8903 Keymill Dr. accomodated the 27 people in attendance very well, with homeowner’s staying afterwards to enjoy the refreshments provided by both Bayway Homes and one of the homeowner’s.

This is an excerpt of the minutes taken by Tammy Bolton, HOA Manager.

Jon Skeele gave a history report on Steeple Chase Terrace and the development of the community which ...
