Since 1997, Bayway Homes has built relationships by listening to our customers and maintaining flexibilty to accomodate their varied needs. Bayway Homes method of building homes insures flexibility to accommodate their clients needs and wants. Clearly a strategy that is working and made Bayway Homes worthy of the 2003 and 2004 Bay Area Builder’s Association Builder of the Year.

Bayway Homes builds in Galveston and Harris counties, offering a diverse product line including entry-level homes, move-up homes and town homes located in several subdivisions, each featuring a model home and on-site sales staff. Each subdivision’s manager oversees his subdivision in a hands-on manner.

Bayway Homes has undertaken a structure unique to homebuilding. The company is organized in teams which handle all aspects of a project, from product lines, price point and standard features to community activities, project amenities and marketing efforts. The teams are managed by Scott Mixon, Charles Anders, Chris Englehart, and Tim Jeans. Combined with Jon Skeele, President, they represent more than 100 years in homebuilding in the Houston market.
